Zhou Mi bounced into the dorm he shared with Hankyung. They had three dorm rooms now. Heechul, Donghae and Kyuhyun were in one. Yesung, Eunhyuk, Sungmin and Henry were in another one. And that meant that he, Hankyung and Siwon shared the last one. How that had happened, Zhou Mi still wasn’t sure.
He had thought that Hankyung would stay with Eunhyuk and Yesung since he refused to let them sleep with Donghae and Siwon. But, that would leave Henry with Zhou Mi. That was probably why Hankyung had insisted on staying with Zhou Mi and Siwon. He’d refused Heechul’s offer to dorm with him and he didn’t let Siwon go anywhere near Heechul, so there they were.
But, being in a dorm with both Hankyung and Siwon gave Zhou Mi lots of opportunities to find out what Siwon was like. He knew that Siwon was a gentleman, loved to laugh, loved to put his hands everywhere. Small things. And Zhou Mi thought that the best way to see Siwon’s reaction would be when it was just the two of them.
He wanted Siwon to be in a hurry, because he had to test that too. Could he be distracting? But, after much thinking, it didn’t matter much to Zhou Mi what he could learn about himself. He was more interested in figuring out who would look better next to him. He had spotted a couple of people around the school that he wouldn’t mind talking to, but they were either wannabe Donghae’s or Heechul’s.
And there was no way in hell that Zhou Mi was going to try and see what he and Heechul looked like. He was not going to expose himself to that sort of danger, because even though Hankyung wouldn’t hurt him (for friendship’s sake), Heechul wouldn’t mind causing Zhou Mi pain. So, he had settled on going only for the ones he really thought would matter. He knew he and Hankyung made an attractive couple.
But, he wanted to make sure it was a Hankyung he was looking for and not, say a Donghae. It wasn’t like he had any intention of taking Hankyung away from Heechul. And it wasn’t like he was suddenly going to turn around and start seducing his friends, because he wasn’t. He was just curious. He just wanted to see who he should go after, what kind of guy. He was just experimenting and Kyuhyun had always said that it was better to try your luck with your friends before you went out and tried it with anyone else.
So, that was why Zhou Mi was sitting on the couch waiting for Siwon to get out of the shower. Hankyung was away with Kyuhyun and that left Zhou Mi plenty of time to see what would happen. He didn’t have a plan. He thought he would just stand next to Siwon, try out how it felt to hold his hand, to grab onto his arm, things like that. He needed to know if it would work or not, if he should go for the tall muscular ones or the tall, muscular, but lean ones.
“Zhou Mi! Can you come here for a second? I can’t turn off the water.”
Zhou Mi bounced to his feet and laid down his book on the table. It was the same book Hankyung had been reading the other day. It was very interesting and Zhou Mi finally understood why Hankyung had ignored him. He would have ignored everyone too if he had been reading that book. The only reason he got up was because it was Siwon and he had a mission to fulfill.
"Zhou Mi."
"I'm coming." He answered as he made his way to the bathroom.
The door was locked when he tried it and he relayed the information to Siwon who asked for a minute. Zhou Mi waited patiently as Siwon opened the door. He stepped in without a second thought as to why Siwon only had on a towel. He looked at the younger man, studied him trying to figure something out.
"What are you staring at so much?" Siwon asked.
Zhou Mi looked up and was surprised to see that Siwon was scrambling to put on some clothes.
"Stop looking at me like that."
"Like what?" Zhou Mi asked even as he continued to stare at the now more than flustered Siwon.
Zhou Mi was deciding whether Siwon looked better with a shirt or without one. He decided that he looked better without one and that was saying something about how good Siwon looked without a shirt since this was the first time Zhou Mi had gotten this much of a close up and his decision was already made. He wondered vaguely whether he'd have to look good without a shirt in order to date someone who looked better without a shirt.
"Should I take off my shirt?" Zhou Mi asked himself.
Siwon who was now trying to find the nearest exit thought the question was directed at him. Zhou Mi missed the scared wide eyed look Siwon gave him as he reached down to finger his shirt.
"NO!"
Zhou Mi looked up and noticed that Siwon had put on all the clothes he could find in the vicinity. He frowned. Nope, he had been right, no shirt was a better look on Siwon. Then, again, that was a very nice shirt and Zhou Mi had always wanted one. He reached forward to touch the material.
Siwon who hadn't been expecting Zhou Mi to move jumped a good five feet then scrambled backwards. Unfortunately, because they were in a bathroom and in such an enclosed space, Siwon ended up propped against the bathroom wall with Zhou Mi leaning against him.
"I'm sorry." Siwon said trying to help Zhou Mi up. "I didn't mean for you to fall. Sorry. Are you okay?"
"I'm fine." Zhou Mi answered in that same distracted voice. "Hang on a second. Don't move."
Zhou Mi reached forward and slid a hand under Siwon's shirt. He felt the material of the shirt Siwon was wearing and decided that he liked the shirt. He was going to buy it or better yet, he was going to take it from Siwon. He looked at the other man and sighed when he realized that he would never fit into Siwon's shirt.
Zhou Mi was feeling sorry for the money he'd have to spend so he wasn't paying much attention to what was happening to Siwon. See, while Zhou Mi was busy feeling up the material of that shirt, the back of his hand had been running up along Siwon's stomach. Now, Siwon had a very bad feeling about what exactly Zhou Mi was trying to do and it was getting very hot in the small bathroom, especially because the water was still running.
"Zhou Mi," Siwon said his voice sounding more nervous than he liked. "Can you get off of me please and turn off the water?"
Zhou Mi nodded and tried to get up, but couldn't since he was pretty much tangled all over Siwon. He moved his hand out of Siwon's shirt and put a hand on the broad shoulders to steady himself as he tried to untangle his legs. He almost slipped and Siwon had to grab onto his waist to keep him up.
"Oops, I'm sorry." Zhou Mi laughed as he tried once more to stand up. "That was fun, wasn't it?"
He waited patiently for Siwon to answer before he tried to stand again, but Siwon didn't say anything. Siwon's attention was focused behind Zhou Mi on someone who was by the bathroom door.
"Wait, Yesung, it's not..."
Zhou Mi stood up. He turned in time to see Yesung leave the bathroom.
"Oh, Yesungie." Zhou Mi said before Siwon ran past him and out the door.
Zhou Mi frowned as he righted himself. Well, he made note, Siwon was rude whenever Yesung was around. He didn't think he'd like to date a Siwon. He felt sympathy for poor Yesung who was always so nice and calm. Who would want to date Siwon anyway if that's how rude he was? So far, then, Hankyung was winning. And why shouldn't he, Zhou Mi told himself as he turned off the water.
He left the bathroom door open to let out some of the steam that had built up and noticed that his shirt was wet from the water on Siwon. He frowned then saw that the door to Siwon's room was open. He smiled. It was only fair that Siwon lend him some clothes since it was his fault Zhou Mi was all wet. He picked out a nice clean shirt, looked at it and decided on Siwon's pants instead, then, he stopped by Hankyung's room and took a shirt from there.
It was only fair that he get something from Hankyung too. He wouldn't want their leader to feel neglected because of Siwon.
***
Siwon didn't know what to do. He had Zhou Mi's hands all over the front of his shirt and he didn't know how to tell Zhou Mi to get off without sounding panicked or rude. He decided to help Zhou Mi along with getting up, but he just ended up with more of Zhou Mi on him when the other man slipped.
And then, Siwon started getting desperate. He understood that the bathroom was small and that there was little room to move, but he really wanted Zhou Mi to get off. NOW. He didn't know why he felt so bothered. It was only Zhou Mi.
But, that was exactly why he was bothered. It was Zhou Mi. It was the only one of them that had no one and was free to find whoever he wanted. It was Zhou Mi who could charm the world with his smile. It was Zhou Mi who had the ability to flirt with anything and make that anything enjoy it. It was Zhou FREAKING Mi.
"Oops, sorry. That was fun wasn't it?" Zhou Mi laughed as he failed for the fifth time to get up.
Siwon sighed. He didn't understand how Zhou Mi could still be so innocent and cute when he was like this. He realized that this was the danger in this man. He could be evil, but would always have that cute exterior to protect him.
Siwon tried one more time to get Zhou Mi up. He cursed the bathroom and Hankyung for volunteering him into this. He had just wrapped his arms tight around Zhou Mi when he caught sight of the door.
Shit.
Siwon rarely cursed even in his head. To be doing so now meant that he had really messed up or that something terrible was about to happen. In this case, it was both. He was dead and something terrible was about to happen. No, actually, he wasn't even dead, because if he were dead, he would be happier.
"Wait, Yesung, it's not…”
But he couldn’t finish, because it was exactly what it looked like. He had Zhou Mi all over him with his hands under his shirt. And it was exactly what it looked like.
“Oh Yesungie.”
Siwon shoved Zhou Mi off of him and ran after Yesung’s retreating form. He had to stop by his room and snatch his keys, drop off his towel and put on some shoes. He pulled everything on desperately and ran for the door.
He didn’t know where to start looking. But, he ran right back to Yesung’s dorm. He went, hating Zhou Mi all the way and wasn’t the least bit surprised to see that the door to Yesung’s dorm was open. Siwon didn’t fool himself for one second into thinking it was because Yesung was waiting for him. he knew that if the door was open it was because Yesung had been too distracted to close it.
He slipped into the room. He didn’t find Yesung in their living room. He made his way to Yesung’s room wondering how he was supposed to explain what happened. He didn’t even understand it himself. What had Zhou Mi been doing? What was with all the touching?
“Hyung, are you sure you’re okay?”
Siwon frowned. That was Henry’s voice coming from Yesung’s room.
“I’m fine Henry. Go back to bed and move over so I can sleep. I need a nap.”
Siwon didn’t need any more invitation than that. He opened the door to Yesung’s room and walked in. He walked into Yesung with his hand on Henry’s head, patting the younger man’s hair and smiling at him.
“What are you doing here?”
Siwon winced at the sharp tone. He gave Yesung a pleading look, but Yesung ignored him and went back to cooing at Henry.
“Yesung, it wasn’t like that. I…he…I…please listen to me.”
Siwon watched Yesung’s blank face.
“I’m listening.”
“He came at me. I was taking a shower. I couldn’t turn off the water so I asked him for help—”
“Oh, so if Choi Siwon can’t turn a faucet, then Zhou Mi can?” Yesung asked rolling his eyes.
“Hyung?” Henry asked. “Zhou Mi did what exactly?”
“You don’t need to know that Henry.” Yesung said immediately. “We shouldn’t even be talking about this here. Henry’s here.”
Siwon sighed. He was not leaving until Yesung forgave him. He didn’t care if he had to traumatize Henry in order to get it. He knew that the only real threat was Hankyung with his overprotectiveness.
“Listen, Yesung, I swear to you nothing happened. He was the one who wanted to take off his shirt. I wanted to leave, but it’s kind of hard to walk out when you have Zhou Mi all over you trying to touch you. I was just helping him because he kept slipping on the floor and couldn’t get up. That’s all that happened. I swear. He was the one who started. I didn’t want it. You know I only love you Yesung. There’s no one else for me, but you.”
Siwon waited. He saw the conflicted look on Yesung’s face, but of course that meant that he missed the look on Henry’s face.
“So, you weren’t in there because there’s something between you and Zhou Mi?” Yesung asked in an almost delicate sort of way.
“No, of course not.”
“And, there’s nothing between you and him?”
“Nothing at all. I love you.” Siwon replied.
“And it’ll never happen again?”
Siwon reached forward to take Yesung into his arms, but realized that Henry was still there. He kept his hands to himself and settled for just giving Yesung the best “I love you” look he had. It seemed to work because Yesung’s face relaxed into a smile.
“Answer the question Siwonnie.” Yesung said, but the tone was softer. “Will it ever happen again?”
“No.” Siwon said wondering how he could forget to breathe.
He was looking at Yesung he reminded himself. Lots of things stopped making sense when he was with Yesung. They were still fairly new at this compared to the others, except Sungmin and Kyuhyun. He wanted to walk over and hug Yesung and tell him over and over that he loved him, because, it was true.
Choi Siwon was in love with Yesung.
“Siwon.” Yesung’s voice called to him.
He walked forward pulling Yesung away from Henry.
“Yesung.” Siwon said.
“Oh, will you two get a room.” Henry exploded.
But, the two ignored him. Henry shook his head and walked out of the room. That’s what he got for wanting to take a nap on someone else’s bed. He was going to have to stop doing that.
He left the dorm and closed the door firmly behind him. What was with all his hyungs and their public displays of affection? Or more precisely what was with his hyungs and displaying their affection for each other in front of him? It wasn’t like they couldn’t wait until they were behind closed doors. Zhou Mi certainly seemed to get the idea.
Henry frowned. Zhou Mi was doing what exactly? First Hankyung and now Siwon? What was the matter with Zhou Mi? Since when had he become a boyfriend stealer? And where would it stop? What was next? Sungmin? Him, Henry?
Hm.
He wouldn’t mind knowing what Zhou Mi looked like close up. He kind of liked Zhou Mi’s eyes and that shy and ridiculously cute pout of his. He kind of liked that smile too.
Henry’s mouth fell open as he realized just where his thoughts were headed.
“Great.” He muttered as he walked away. “I spend less than a year with them and I’m already pairing myself up with another guy.”

Things Happen V 2/9
Zhou Mi ran down the stairs. He thought he heard someone calling his name, but he didn’t stop. He had one goal in mind: get to Hankyung. He’d pretty much gave up on calling him Han Geng in his head since his head seemed so intent on calling him Hankyung, but he still pretty much only called him Han Geng when he was speaking out loud.
So, his plan was as follows. Get to Hankyung. Surprise him because Hankyung wouldn’t be as accepting as Kyuhyun had been. As a matter of fact, he shouldn’t even tell Hankyung what he was doing. He had to make sure that whatever reaction Hankyung had, whatever reaction any of them had, was their own. How else was he supposed to know if he was good at what he did?
He wouldn’t even look at Henry though. Henry was off limits and besides Henry had his issues to sort out. And even though it would be fun to see those pink cheeks, Hankyung had been pretty strict on Zhou Mi and the contact he had with Henry. Not that Zhou Mi wanted any contact anymore. Henry had ruined that what with liking girls and all.
He was so excited to be doing something that he almost went right by Hankyung’s room. The door was open though so Zhou Mi let himself in, practically bouncing into the room. Happy was an understatement for what he was.
He found Hankyung sitting on the couch with one leg tucked under him as he leaned over a book. Zhou Mi paused. How was he supposed to drag Hankyung’s attention away from that damn book?
He took a quick peek around the room and didn’t see Heechul.
“Han Geng-ge.” He said slipping into the room.
“Hm?” Hankyung asked not even bothering to look up from his book.
Zhou Mi frowned. He had to think of something. He wasn’t going to lose to a book. He looked around the place. Everything was clean, but he expected that. This was Hankyung they were talking about. Now, what did Hankyung like? What would make him drop that book?
And just like a light bulb, the idea popped into Zhou Mi’s head.
Zhou Mi walked over to Hankyung. He watched the other man and wondered again how he was going to approach this. He didn’t want Hankyung to freak out and run away. He needed a nice, calm Hankyung and then he could properly mess with him.
Zhou Mi made sure that there was enough room on the couch and then he proceeded to pull the book down and out of Hankyung’s hands.
“Hey, Mi, what are you doing?” Hankyung asked annoyed. “I was reading that.”
“I know.” Zhou Mi said as he switched to Mandarin. “But, wouldn’t you like to do something more fun?”
“Fun? Mi, just because I’m glad to see you and everything, doesn’t mean I want to let go of that book. Give it to me. I have to finish reading it before Heechul comes and distracts me.”
“But, gege.” Zhou Mi said pouting and going back to Korean for a bit. “I haven’t seen you in so long. Why can’t you spend some time with me? Heechul hyung is always taking you away from me? Don’t you miss me?”
“I did miss you.” Hankyung said reaching over to take the book again and missing. “I know I haven’t had much time to spend with you and I promise this weekend is dedicated to GengMi. Now, give me my book.”
“GengMi?”
“Yes, GengMi.” Hankyung said taking advantage of Zhou Mi’s distraction and taking his book back.
Zhou Mi frowned. He looked around the room, but didn’t see anyone. He was being paranoid, but he really didn’t want any witnesses to this. He considered his options even as Hankyung went back to reading.
Chinese was one way to go since Hankyung just loved anything that reminded him of home. Then again, being in Korean so long must have left its mark on Hankyung. For all Zhou Mi knew Hankyung could have developed an appetite for Korean, Heechul being a prime example. Well, him and Yesung.
And then Zhou Mi realized that he couldn’t do this based on what Hankyung liked or preferred. How was he ever going to get a date if he waited until he knew enough about them to manipulate them? He’d waited too long with Kyuhyun and he’d become a best friend. He didn’t want that.
“I like GengMi.” Zhou Mi said trying out a different tone of voice.
“Yes.” Was the vague answer he received.
“I think our names sound good together.” Zhou Mi whispered leaning in.
“Hm? Yeah.”
Zhou Mi frowned. “You should leave Heechul and come with me instead.”
“Yeah, sure.”
“Han Geng, you’re not even listening to me.”
“Oh, I’m sorry Mi.” Hankyung said looking up. “Did you say something?”
Zhou Mi told himself that Hankyung had always been this dense, that it wasn’t his fault, that he was doing a good job. He managed to calm himself down. He turned back to Hankyung. Their eyes met and he tried to let his eyes smolder.
Zhou Mi watched the confusion on Hankyung’s face. That was good, right? Confusion meant that he was getting something across even if Hankyung didn’t understand it. He frowned. He knew Hankyung for too long. That meant that he had to act quickly before Hankyung caught on.
“Han Geng or do you prefer Hankyung hyung?” Zhou Mi asked throwing the book away and setting himself on Hankyung’s lap. “Why don’t we go do something fun? We can come back before Heechul even notices you’re gone.”
“MI!” Hankyung said trying to push Zhou Mi off. “What are you doing? Get off. Heechul—”
“If you keep yelling like that he’s going to come. I already told you. If we go now, we can come back before Heechul even notices we’re gone. Come one Han Geng-ge. I know you used to like me back when we were little. Remember that one time when you asked if you could hold my hand in our spring concert?”
Zhou Mi smirked as Hankyung’s face went bright red. He felt Hankyung shift and he had to put his arms around the other man to keep his balance. Strong arms, he noted as Hankyung put an arm around his waist to keep him seated. A gentleman since he hadn’t just let Zhou Mi fall on the floor.
Hankyung was a good choice. He was good looking, charismatic, easy to laugh.
“You need to get off of me Mi or I’m going to start thinking the wrong thing.”
“What wrong thing?”
“I’m going to think that you like me.”
“But, I do like you.” Zhou Mi said just as they heard something clatter to the floor.
“Oh, fuck no.” Heechul said.
Zhou Mi heard Hankyung groan and then felt him slump against him. Zhou Mi patted his head sympathetically and walked past a seething Heechul.
“Bye Hyung.” Zhou Mi called. “Bye Han Geng-ge.”
Zhou Mi skipped past the door and into the hallway. He hummed a song to himself as he tried to put together what he had learned. For now, Hankyung was winning, but he had to go see what Siwon would do.
He could see himself with Hankyung. They were both tall almost the same height and Hankyung did know how to protect the people he loved. Hankyung was nice and funny and they spoke the same language, had known each other for life. It was prefect.
***
Hankyung was going to kill Zhou Mi. He was going to make sure that Zhou Mi’s death was painful and slow. He was going to make sure that Zhou Mi knew everything he had ever done wrong. He was going to have Zhou Mi begging for forgiveness and he was just going to laugh.
That was how severe the situation was.
And how could it not be? Heechul was standing in front of him with that evil glare.
“Heechul.” Hankyung tried.
“No, don’t bother.” Heechul said. “I know what you’re going to say. It’s not what it looks like. I was a victim. He bounced in here and just fell into my lap. I know where this is going. I’ve heard it all before.”
Hankyung frowned. “No, you haven’t. You dumped your girlfriend and boyfriend before they had the chance to cheat on you.”
“AH HA! So, you were cheating on me. With Zhou Mi? With him? With that freakishly tall, good for nothing…ugh I can’t even think of anything mean to say. He’s always so damn happy.”
“Heechul.” Hankyung said reaching over to take Heechul’s hand. “Heechul, you know I would never cheat on you. I would never leave you. I love you.”
Hankyung sighed as Heechul pulled his hand away and turned away.
Zhou Mi was so dead.
“Heechul.”
“No.”
Hankyung sighed. He ran a hand through his hair and tried to think of a way out of this. He hadn’t meant for Heechul to see that. Well, he hadn’t even expected that to happen. Hankyung knew there were two ways to fix this. He could try to coax Heechul into the couch and try to explain what happened. Or, he could just show Heechul what he felt.
The next time he spoke Heechul’s name it was much lower and closer. He saw Heechul react right away and he smiled to himself.
“Look at me.”
Heechul turned and there was something in his eyes that made Hankyung very happy.
“Zhou Mi is just being Zhou Mi. He doesn’t mean that he likes me, not that way. He was just letting me know that he missed me and wants me to spend some time with him.”
“Why was he sitting on your lap?” Heechul asked pulling Hankyung close anyway.
“I don’t know. I didn’t ask him to.”
“Don’t let him touch you again. I don’t care how close you two are. He’s not allowed to touch you like that. Only I can touch you like that.” Heechul said his voice low in Hankyung’s ear.
“Hm.”
“What was that? That wasn’t even a proper response. Seriously, Hankyung,” Heechul said pulling away. “Don’t let him touch you. For all you know he could be one of those rapists that come in cute packages. He may look innocent, but he’s probably an evil manipulating Sungmin. Maybe that’s why he liked Kyuhyun.”
Hankyung laughed.
“I’m serious.” Heechul pouted.
Hankyung shook his head and put his forehead against Heechul’s.
“You are so cute, did you know that?”
“Shut up. Why were you touching him like that?”
“Because,” Hankyung said as he kissed Heechul’s neck. “He caught me off guard. I was reading a book before you came back and started distracting me.”
“Distracting you? Me?” Heechul asked innocently. “Why would I do that?”
Hankyung was going to answer and explain how distracting Heechul could be, but Heechul was showing him. And Hankyung just couldn’t find the strength to talk and even if he could, he didn’t think he would ever be able to string the words together, not when Heechul…well, not like this.
***
“I’m going to kill Zhou Mi.” Hankyung announced as he fell into the chair in the library.
Henry looked up and Hankyung regretted what he’d said.
“I’m sorry Henry. I thought you were Kyuhyun. I was going to plan how best to make Zhou Mi suffer for the rest of his life.”
“What happened?”
Hankyung considered leaving Henry out of it. Why bother the poor child who had better things to do like play his violin or run outside? Hankyung still wasn’t over Henry. There was no way he could ever be over Henry. Yesung would never get over Henry, so why should Hankyung.
He liked patting Henry’s head. There was just something about the cute dongsaeng that got to him. He was still calling Henry little baby in his head when Henry was only slightly younger than Kyuhyun and Kyuhyun could never be called little baby.
“What are you doing here, with Henry, in a dark corner, in a secluded library?”
Hankyung rolled his eyes as Kyuhyun took a seat next to him.
“Hello Kyuhyun. It’s so nice to see you. You’re the highlight of my day.” Hankyung said leaning back in his chair.
“Oh, marital problems.” Kyuhyun smirked. “What did you do and what is Heechul doing to you?”
Hankyung shot a look at Henry who seemed calm.
“I was caught with Zhou Mi in my lap.” Hankyung said carefully keeping his eyes on Henry.
It was a good thing too because Henry who had taken a sip of water choked on it at Hankyung’s words. Hankyung reached over and thumped Henry on the back a few times before the younger man motioned that he was fine.
“You were caught with Zhou Mi on your lap?” Kyuhyun said not the least bit surprised.
“Yes.” Hankyung said. “And why do you sound so happy about it?”
“I’m not happy about it.” Kyuhyun said failing to hide that smile…smirk of his, “I’m just amused that Zhou Mi would climb on your lap and that you would let him. I thought Heechul had nothing to worry about. Maybe I was wrong.”
“Hyung,” Henry said frowning at Kyuhyun. “Leave Han Geng-ge alone. You know that he…likes Heechul hyung. You can’t say things like that to him. And maybe it wasn’t even his fault. Maybe it’s Zhou Mi who likes Han Geng.”
Kyuhyun turned to Henry and Hankyung sensed the danger even before Kyuhyun opened his mouth. He reached forward and put his hand over Kyuhyun’s mouth earning a glare.
“I don’t think so Henry. Mi’s been my friend for years. If he liked me then I would have known. He would have said something.”
Kyuhyun sank his teeth into Hankyung’s hand and he moved it.
“Promise to behave.” Hankyung said.
Kyuhyun’s nod just didn’t seem as convincing with that smirk attached. Hankyung watched him and waited, ready to shut him up if he had to.
“Maybe, Zhou Mi didn’t like you then, but what’s stopping him from liking you now.” Kyuhyun said knowing full well that Hankyung regretted letting him talk.
“He doesn’t like me.”
“He might hyung. Think about it. There you were…what were you doing?”
Hankyung sighed. “I was reading something for my class tomorrow before Heechul came, because—”
“Because once Heechul got there you weren’t going to be able to walk for a few hours?” Kyuhyun asked all innocent look and big eyes.
Hankyung glared at him and reached over to cover Henry’s ears.
“I told you to behave.”
“I am behaving.”
“You can’t say things like that in front of Henry.”
“Like he doesn’t know already. He’s a grown man.”
“He’s a baby.”
“Yeah, some baby that is. You do know he’s in love with Zhou Mi right?”
“WHAT?”
“Ha, just kidding hyung. He just hasn’t wrapped his mind around that fact that he is completely in love with all of us. I mean who wouldn’t be?”
“You two do know I can hear everything you say right?” Henry called when they paused to look at him.
Hankyung moved his hands and turned away from Kyuhyun.
“All I’m saying hyung is if you were there minding your own business and somehow ended up with a Zhou Mi in your lap, well either you were asking for it with your messy hair and good looks.”
Hankyung raised an eyebrow that Kyuhyun ignored.
“Or, he liked the idea of distracting you exactly the way Heechul hyung likes to do.”
Hankyung’s disbelief turned to outright glaring. He didn’t know what Kyuhyun was talking about and it was too close to Henry for him to really care.
“Henry, why don’t we just let you get back to your studying?”
Henry nodded and smiled in a way that made Hankyung want to pinch those cheeks. He settled for messing up Henry’s hair and pulled Kyuhyun up with him.
“What? I can’t say it? Zhou Mi likes you. Why else would he be crawling all over you? It’s not like he goes around jumping into everyone’s lap.”
Henry frowned as he watched his two hyungs walk away. Zhou Mi liked Hankyung? He shook his head. Why did it matter? Zhou Mi was free to like whoever he wanted, just not Hankyung or Kyuhyun or Siwon or Donghae or Eunhyuk or anyone else who had a partner already.
